Nope. Just leave your bags or boxes on the porch, by the front door, or wherever you noted on pickup day. It's fully contactless.

Any condition. Wearable items get reused and rehomed; stained, torn, or worn-out textiles get recycled. The only things I can't take are wet, moldy, or chemically contaminated items.

There's no minimum and no maximum. One grocery bag is perfectly fine, and so is a whole garage full after a big clean-out — just mention the volume in your request so I bring the right vehicle.

No — I'm a local reuse business, not a registered 501(c)(3), so pickups aren't tax-deductible. Here's the honest trade: a charity gives you a receipt for your taxes; I give you a Reclaim Receipt — a personal note a few days after pickup telling you exactly where your stuff went and what it kept out of the landfill. One's a number nobody reads; the other actually means something. If a write-off is the priority, a registered charity is the better fit.

Honestly — for clean, current items you want a tax receipt for, a thrift store is a perfectly good choice, and the big chains do real good. But two things are worth knowing. First, a thrift store commingles your donation the moment it arrives, so it can't ever tell you where your specific items went. Second, thrift stores process donations by the ton, and a large share never sells on the floor — it's baled, exported, or landfilled (that's the documented thrift model, not a knock on them). I'm a reseller by trade, so I work the opposite way: I handle every pickup myself, I recognize the good stuff worth saving, I get it to someone who actually wants it, and I send you a Reclaim Receipt telling you where each piece ended up. You don't get paid — this is free pickup, and I keep the resale value, which is exactly what lets me come for free and recycle whatever won't sell.
