Before you ask — the honest limits. Abq Reclaimed is just me, and I run a few community projects at once. So free pickups are limited and entirely at my discretion — I can't take everything, and some weeks I can't do pickups at all. Send a photo and I'll tell you honestly whether I can fit it in; if I can't, I'll point you elsewhere. (Prefer to drop off? We can sometimes arrange that by appointment.) When I do collect, a few days later I send you a Reclaim Receipt telling you where your stuff went.
Downtown pickup without the hassle
Living downtown means walkable everything — except, somehow, a clothing donation. Between apartments, lofts, and limited parking, a donation run is a real chore. Abq Reclaimed makes it disappear: bag your clothes, leave them out, and we collect them from your building free of charge.
Start by requesting a pickup and choosing your day. Add your building, unit, or buzzer details in the notes so we can reach your bags. We accept clothing, shoes, and linens in any condition — reused when possible, passed on for recycling when not.
Made for apartment life
No car, no storage, no problem. A pickup is the easiest way for downtown residents to clear out a closet and keep good clothing out of the landfill.
